Protection of personal data

By submitting your resume or other personal data, you grant Source & Chill s.r.o., ID No.: 06066020, with its registered office at Salvátorská 931/8, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of maintaining a database of job applicants and facilitating job opportunities.

Your personal data will be processed to the extent of the information provided in the resume you submitted or in other communications, specifically for the purpose of contacting you regarding current or future job offers.

Personal data may be disclosed only to authorized employees of the Controller and to potential employers, but only to the extent necessary to assess the candidate’s suitability for a specific job position.

You grant your consent voluntarily for an indefinite period, but no longer than until such consent is revoked.
You may revoke your consent at any time, either in writing or by email sent to the Controller. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its revocation.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The controller undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the GDPR.
